Free UK mainland delivery on every order

All Rattan Luxe orders include free pallet delivery to mainland UK addresses. Your furniture will arrive carefully packaged on a pallet, delivered to your kerbside by our specialist furniture courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email with your estimated delivery window.

How Delivery Works

  • Pallet kerbside delivery — Your furniture arrives on a pallet and is delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property.
  • Delivery notification — The courier will contact you with a delivery window on the day of dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Inspect on arrival — We recommend checking the packaging for any visible damage before signing. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Access Requirements

Furniture sets are delivered in multiple boxes. The largest boxes can weigh up to 50kg. We recommend having assistance available to move packages into your garden.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photographs of the packaging, labels, and affected items. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
