Every Rattan Luxe order includes free delivery to mainland UK addresses. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, our 30-day returns policy means you can send it back for a full refund.

Shipping Policy

  • Free pallet kerbside delivery to all mainland UK addresses.
  • In-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days from dispatch.
  • You will receive email confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your furniture for a full refund, provided the items are:

  • In their original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, and rain covers.

Arrange collection

We will arrange a courier collection at a time convenient for you. The furniture must be repackaged securely.

Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For standard returns, a collection fee of £99 will be deducted from your refund to cover courier costs.

Exclusions

  • Items that have been assembled and used outdoors are not eligible for return.
  • Ex-display and sale items are non-returnable.
  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
  • Items damaged through misuse, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for delivery damage) with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, the standard returns process and costs will apply.
