All information and prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. Prices may change from time to time either up or down – any such price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. Nonetheless, measurements stated are approximate and colour reproduction is only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allow. Please see further information in our Terms and Conditions below.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Rattan Luxe Ltd, a UK-based retailer specialising in premium rattan and aluminium outdoor furniture. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue using our website or purchasing our products.
Rattan Luxe Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Use of Website
Your use of our website must comply with UK law. You must not attempt to misuse the website, introduce viruses, or interfere with its operation.
All content, images, product descriptions, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Rattan Luxe Ltd. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.
3. Products
We sell outdoor furniture including rattan sets, aluminium dining sets, sofa sets, firepit tables, accessories, and cushions.
3.1 Product Images and Descriptions
We take great care to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate; however:
- Colours may vary due to display settings, lighting, and photography.
- Handwoven PE rattan may show natural variations between items.
- Measurements provided are approximate.
- Unless agreed otherwise, goods supplied will be of equal quality, value, and function.
3.2 Product Variations
- PE rattan may naturally soften or flex in warm weather.
- Glass tabletops may cause magnification; heat damage is not covered under warranty.
- Fabric cushions may experience minor tolerance variations.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in GBP (£), include VAT, and are displayed accurately to our best ability.
Rattan Luxe Ltd reserves the right to correct pricing errors. An advertised price is not a binding contract.

- PayPal
- Bank transfer
Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Orders & Confirmation
Orders are to be placed online. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
You may correct errors before selecting Submit Order.
An order is only accepted once goods are dispatched.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery charges and timescales depend on the item and delivery address.
6.1 Delivery Conditions
- Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to stock, routing, or external factors.
- Someone over 18 must be present to accept delivery.
- Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Packaging should be retained until you are satisfied with the item.
- Delivery is to the ground floor unless otherwise agreed.
- We cannot deliver above the second floor without a suitable lift.
6.2 Failed Delivery or Access Issues
If delivery is attempted and failed due to:
- no one being present,
- restricted access,
- goods not fitting through access points,
Rattan Luxe Ltd may charge:
- £50 redelivery / rearrangement fee, and
- £70 restocking fee if the order must return to depot.
6.3 Storage Charges
If you fail to accept delivery for more than 4 weeks, storage costs of £50 per week may apply. We reserve the right to cancel the order and retain up to 50% of the order value.
7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015 within 14 days of delivery.
7.1 Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund:
- Goods must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
- All packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Items must be securely packaged.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
7.2 Exclusions
- Items returned after 14 days (unless faulty)
- Used products
- Custom orders
- Clearance / ex-display items (sold as seen)
7.3 Faulty Goods
If your item is faulty on arrival:
- Report within 30 days with photographs.
- We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue.
8. Warranty (Domestic Use)
Rattan Luxe Ltd provides a 7-Year Limited Guarantee on rattan and aluminium furniture, covering manufacturing defects.
8.1 Warranty Coverage
Depending on the time elapsed:
- Within 30 days: full refund or replacement.
- 30 days to 6 months: repair parts or replacement if repair is not possible.
- 6 months to 7 years: repair parts, replacement, or partial refund on a sliding scale.
8.2 Warranty Exclusions
Not covered:
- Misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance
- Weather damage (including cushions left outside)
- Heat damage from magnification through glass
- Damage caused by solvents or chemicals
- Commercial use
8.3 Cushions & Fabric
- Cushions are shower-resistant, not waterproof.
- Mould caused by moisture build-up is not covered.
- Fading from UV exposure is considered normal wear.
8.4 Firepit Warranty
- Gas firepit systems are covered for 12 months.
- Damage caused by weather exposure or misuse is excluded.
8.5 Further Items
In addition to the Buyer's statutory rights, the Seller guarantees all Goods against faulty workmanship and aluminium frames and the welded structure of the furniture for a period of seven years from the date of delivery.
The rising mechanism for our adjustable tables carries a 12-month warranty.
Glass suckers fitted on all our tables to secure glasses will endure natural fading and change of colour in sunlight. They are however not covered by our warranty.
Wear and tear or damage by neglect are not covered by warranty.
The weave is covered under a three year warranty covering cracking, or peeling or if rattan snaps, this is not covered in seven year warranty. If weave is damaged by neglect we can provide spare weave strips to repair.
This guarantee does not include damage to glass, waterproof covers, parasols and cushions supplied without exception and will come into affect due to production faults on aluminium frames, under no circumstances is furniture shipped out of the U.K or used for commercial use covered in this guarantee.
Ex Display sets are not returnable as sold as Sale Items, they are however covered in 7 year warranties.
Moving parts and gas cylinders for Recliner chairs are also not included in warranty as misuse cannot be ascertained.
The guarantee must be registered within 90 days of delivery, and the guarantee coverage will commence on the date of delivery (Guarantee Coverage) and continues from that date. The guarantee must be registered online at https://rattanluxe.co.uk/register-your-guarantee. The 7 year guarantee is the maximum period covered and any replacement orders provided do not re-start the guarantee period.
7 Year Breakdown
- up to 100% for a claim made in the first 12 months
- up to 50% for a claim made within 13 - 24 months
- up to 25% for a claim made within 25 - 36 months
- up to 10% for a claim made within 37 - 48 months; and
- up to 5% for a claim made within 49 - 84 months
3 Year Breakdown
- up to 100% for a claim made in the first 12 months
- up to 50% for a claim made within 13 - 24 months
- up to 25% for a claim made within 25 - 36 months
In each case by reference to the number of years that have passed since the commencement of the Guarantee Coverage.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Promotions may be withdrawn at any time.
- Misuse of discount combinations may result in order cancellation.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits Rattan Luxe Ltd's liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence,
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
- any rights under UK consumer law.
We are not liable for delays outside our control or for losses caused by misuse of the products.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Pre-Order & Lead-Time Policy
Products offered as pre-order will include estimated lead times. These dates are approximate and subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. Orders containing pre-order items will only be dispatched when all items are available unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Damaged on Arrival & Missing Parts
Customers must report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of packaging, labels and affected items are required. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
Delivery Access Requirements
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate access to the delivery location, including doorways, staircases, hallways and lifts. If access is restricted and delivery cannot be completed, redelivery or restocking charges may apply.
Firepit & Glass Safety Disclaimer
Our firepit tables are CE-certified and intended for outdoor use only. Keep children and pets at a safe distance. Never place items directly on glass windguards. Glass components may heat up in direct sunlight; do not place magnifying objects or heat-conducting items on glass surfaces.
Aluminium Furniture Care
Aluminium frames are fully weather-resistant and rust-free. Clean periodically with mild soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Powder-coated finishes may naturally dull over time due to UV exposure.
Cushion & Fabric Care
Outdoor cushions are water-resistant but not waterproof. Cushions must be stored indoors during heavy rain or winter months. Mould caused by incorrect storage, trapped moisture or condensation is not covered under warranty.
Installation Disclaimer
Some products may require minimal assembly. Incorrect installation, using non-supplied fixings, or modifications will invalidate warranty. Ensure items are placed on a stable, level surface.
Finance & Klarna / Third-Party Credit
Where finance options are offered, they are subject to approval by the third-party lender. Rattan Luxe Ltd is not responsible for credit decisions. Finance agreements form a separate contract between the customer and the lender.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rattan Luxe Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of enjoyment, profits, or data arising from use of our website or products.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and design layouts—is the intellectual property of Rattan Luxe Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
